$1000 DEPOSIT

DEPOSITS, PAYMENT DUE DATES & CANCELLATIONS:
A non-refundable $1000 Deposit per person is required to hold your spot and your desired accommodation and will be applied to balance due.
Payment Due Dates: 10% EarlyBird Discount if paid in full by April 17, 2024. Regular Registration payments are due in full by June 17, 2024.
~Cancellation Policy: If you cancel no later than 2 months prior to the retreat start date (by June 17th), your deposit can be applied towards any future retreats produced by Micheline Berry (not including Esalen Retreats) and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
~If you cancel no later than 6 weeks prior to the retreat start date (by July 6th), your balance, minus the deposit, can be transferred to another Micheline Berry retreat (not including Esalen Retreats).
~Cancellations less than 1 month prior to the retreat start date (after July 17th) are non-refundable and non-transferable unless you replace yourself on the retreat with someone not already registered.
