Upon receipt of your deposit and registration form, you’ll receive a full welcome packet with retreat details, packing suggestions, arrival information, transfer options, and everything you’ll need to feel prepared and at ease.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on or before August 15, 2026 will receive a refund of 100% of retreat fees paid, less the $500 non-refundable registration deposit. For cancellations made from August 16 – September 25, 2026, guests will receive a refund of 50% of retreat fees paid, less the $500 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made after September 25, 2026 are non-refundable.
